Thursday mini course – Commencing 7th November – Wheel Throwing

Join Kaz Ceramics and Pottery By Jerrie in exploring the art of pottery. This course is designed for adults to get proficient on the wheel or brush up on skills if it has been a while. No experience necessary. By the end of the course each student will have made a variety of  their own glazed pieces to
take home. You will also have the skills to be able to tackle projects for yourself accessing our studio access program.

Week 1: Introduction to wheel Throwing (7th November)
Week 2: Turning and advanced throwing (14th  November)
Week 3:  Finishing / Glazing and decorating (21st November)

Minimum numbers apply, if the course does not go ahead you will receive a full refund.

What’s Included?

The cost of this course includes clay and it’s firing, tool use, wheel use, underglazes, glaze and tutoring.

What do I need to bring?

We recommend short nails and wearing warm clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty, it’s also handy to bring your own towel.

When is this happening?

Classes run Thursday’s. You have a choice of either 10am – midday or 6pm – 8pm, once you purchase the session we will reach out to see what your preference is.

We don’t offer refunds for non attendance to any of the sessions, but in some circumstances may offer you studio credits.

Each class limited to only  8 -10 students. Minimum numbers apply, full refunds will be issued if class does not go ahead
